1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForgeMyToken, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to the ForgeMyToken website, token creation tools, AI tools, token review tools, token repair and management features, and other services made available through ForgeMyToken.

2. Description of the Service

ForgeMyToken provides software tools designed to simplify the creation, configuration, review and management of tokens on the Solana blockchain.

Depending on the selected service or package, features may include token creation, metadata creation, image and metadata storage, token analysis, authority management, metadata repair, AI-assisted branding and related blockchain tools.

ForgeMyToken provides technical tools only. We do not operate, manage, promote or control tokens created by users.

3. Eligibility

You may use ForgeMyToken only if you are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements and to use blockchain and cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you reside or operate.

4. Wallet Connection and Transaction Authorization

Certain features require connection of a compatible Solana wallet. ForgeMyToken does not require your wallet seed phrase or private key and you should never provide either to ForgeMyToken or to any person claiming to represent ForgeMyToken.

Blockchain actions require authorization through your connected wallet. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approving or signing a transaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, device, credentials and private keys.

5. Token Creation

You are solely responsible for all information and parameters you provide when creating a token, including its name, symbol, supply, decimals, description, image, links and authority settings.

You must verify all information before approving the transaction. Blockchain transactions may not be editable or reversible after confirmation.

Creating a token through ForgeMyToken does not imply endorsement, verification or approval of that token by ForgeMyToken.

6. Token Review, Fix and Repair Tools

ForgeMyToken may provide automated tools that inspect publicly available blockchain data and identify token configuration, metadata or authority information.

Review results are informational and may not identify every risk, configuration issue or security concern.

Fix and Repair features may prepare blockchain transactions that modify token configuration or metadata. You must independently verify the requested action before signing it.

7. Permanent Authority Actions

Some Solana token operations can be permanent. This includes certain actions involving mint authority, freeze authority, metadata authority or metadata immutability.

Once an authority has been permanently revoked or certain blockchain settings have been made immutable, they may not be recoverable.

ForgeMyToken is not responsible for permanent actions that you authorize through your wallet.

8. Blockchain Transactions

Transactions submitted to the Solana blockchain are processed by a decentralized network outside the direct control of ForgeMyToken.

Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. ForgeMyToken cannot cancel, reverse or modify a transaction after it has been confirmed by the network.

Network congestion, RPC failures, wallet errors, blockchain outages or other technical conditions may delay or prevent transactions.

9. Fees and Network Costs

ForgeMyToken may charge a service fee for certain tools or packages. The applicable ForgeMyToken price is displayed before the relevant purchase or transaction is initiated.

Solana network fees and other blockchain-related costs are separate from ForgeMyToken service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Network costs may vary and are determined by blockchain conditions and the actions performed.

10. Refunds and Failed Transactions

Blockchain transactions and network fees cannot generally be reversed by ForgeMyToken once they have been submitted and confirmed.

If a ForgeMyToken service fails before the purchased service is delivered, the circumstances may be reviewed to determine whether a retry, correction or refund of the ForgeMyToken service fee is appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

11. Metadata, Images and Decentralized Storage

Token metadata and images may be uploaded to third-party or decentralized storage systems such as IPFS.

Information published to decentralized networks may remain publicly accessible even after you stop using ForgeMyToken. ForgeMyToken cannot guarantee deletion of information that has already been distributed through a decentralized network.

You must not upload content that you do not have the legal right to use.

12. AI-Generated Content

ForgeMyToken may provide AI-assisted tools for generating names, descriptions, concepts, branding, images or other creative material.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, similar to existing material or otherwise inappropriate for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or using it.

ForgeMyToken does not guarantee that AI-generated names, logos or other material are available as trademarks, brands, domains or intellectual property.

13. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your token, project, marketing, representations, community, distribution, legal compliance and any financial or commercial activity associated with your token.

You are responsible for ensuring that your token and your use of ForgeMyToken comply with applicable laws and regulations.

14. Prohibited Uses

You must not use ForgeMyToken to facilitate or promote:

  • fraud, scams or deceptive schemes;
  • misleading impersonation of another person or project;
  • theft or unauthorized use of intellectual property;
  • malware, phishing or attempts to steal wallet credentials;
  • market manipulation or intentionally deceptive conduct;
  • money laundering or other unlawful financial activity;
  • any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Access to ForgeMyToken may be restricted where we reasonably believe the Service is being abused or used unlawfully.

15. No Financial or Investment Advice

ForgeMyToken does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Information and automated analysis provided through the Service are technical and informational tools only. You should make your own decisions and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

16. No Guarantee of Value, Liquidity or Success

Creation of a token does not guarantee that the token will have monetary value, liquidity, buyers, holders or market demand.

ForgeMyToken does not guarantee listing on any decentralized exchange, centralized exchange, token directory, wallet, analytics platform or other third-party service.

ForgeMyToken does not guarantee profit, investment returns, fundraising success or continued market value of any token.

17. Third-Party Services

ForgeMyToken may interact with third-party services including wallets, Solana RPC providers, blockchain infrastructure, IPFS services, AI providers, email services and blockchain explorers. Their availability and operation are outside our direct control and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Service Availability

We aim to keep ForgeMyToken available and reliable, but continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Features may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, blockchain conditions, third-party failures, security concerns or circumstances outside our control.

19. Intellectual Property

The ForgeMyToken website, branding, interface, original software and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain responsibility for content that you submit to the Service and confirm that you have the rights necessary to use and publish that content.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForgeMyToken is not responsible for losses resulting from cryptocurrency price changes, loss of private keys, compromised wallets, user-approved transactions, blockchain failures, third-party service failures, incorrect token parameters or unauthorized use of your wallet.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Changes to the Service

ForgeMyToken may update, add, modify or discontinue features as the Service develops. Material changes affecting these Terms may result in an updated version of this page and a revised update date.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to ForgeMyToken, applicable requirements or third-party services. Your continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Contact

Questions regarding ForgeMyToken or these Terms can be submitted through the Contact page available on the ForgeMyToken website.
