This Privacy Policy explains how ForgeMyToken processes information when you use the ForgeMyToken website, token creation tools, token review tools, token repair and management features, AI tools, contact features and related services.

This Policy applies only to information processed through ForgeMyToken. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you use ForgeMyToken, we may process the following categories of information:

• Solana wallet addresses and public blockchain identifiers;
• token creation data such as token name, symbol, supply, decimals, metadata, links and authority settings;
• order information including selected package, service fee, network, transaction signature and order status;
• legal consent records associated with an order, including the Terms version, consent status and consent timestamp;
• email addresses voluntarily provided for receipts or other requested communications;
• information submitted through the Contact page;
• technical information such as browser, device, IP address, request logs, error logs and security-related information where necessary to operate and protect the Service;
• usage and analytics information where analytics functionality is enabled;
• content or prompts submitted to AI-assisted features.

ForgeMyToken may process your public Solana wallet address to prepare transactions, create orders, verify blockchain activity and provide token-related services.

Public wallet addresses and blockchain transaction records are generally visible on the Solana blockchain and should not be considered private.

ForgeMyToken does not require your seed phrase or private key. You should never provide your seed phrase or private key to ForgeMyToken or to anyone claiming to represent ForgeMyToken.

When you use a paid ForgeMyToken service, we may store information necessary to create, process, verify and administer the order.

This may include your wallet address, selected package, token parameters, service fee, network, transaction signature, order status, timestamps, authority settings and service-related error information.

We may retain records reasonably necessary for accounting, security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, service operation and compliance with applicable obligations.

For certain paid services, ForgeMyToken may record information showing that you accepted or acknowledged specific service terms before requesting performance of the service.

These records may include the applicable Terms version, immediate performance consent, withdrawal acknowledgement, blockchain irreversibility acknowledgement and the time the consent was recorded.

These records may be retained where reasonably necessary to document the transaction and resolve disputes.

If you voluntarily provide an email address for a token receipt, ForgeMyToken may use that address to send the requested receipt or service-related communication.

If you contact ForgeMyToken through the Contact page, the information you provide may be processed to respond to your request, provide support or investigate a service issue.

We do not require you to provide an email address for every use of the Service unless a particular feature requires it.

Token metadata, images and related project information may be uploaded to IPFS or other third-party or decentralized storage infrastructure in order to provide token metadata functionality.

Information published to decentralized storage systems may become publicly accessible and may be copied, cached or distributed by third parties.

Because of the decentralized nature of IPFS and similar systems, ForgeMyToken may not be able to delete or fully remove information after it has been published.

You should not upload confidential, sensitive or personal information as public token metadata.

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Information written to or derived from the Solana blockchain may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.

ForgeMyToken cannot delete, modify or make private information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.

Blockchain explorers, RPC providers, wallets and other third parties may independently process public blockchain information.

If you use ForgeMyToken AI features, prompts and related input may be transmitted to an AI service provider in order to generate the requested output.

AI-generated output may also be processed within ForgeMyToken to transfer a generated concept, description, branding information or image into the token creation workflow.

You should not submit confidential information, private keys, seed phrases or sensitive personal information to AI features.

We may use information processed through ForgeMyToken to:

• provide and operate the requested Service;
• prepare and verify blockchain transactions;
• create, update and administer orders;
• provide token creation, review and repair functionality;
• send requested receipts or support responses;
• maintain service security and prevent abuse;
• diagnose technical problems and improve reliability;
• maintain records of transactions and legal consent;
• understand how the Service is used and improve features;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, ForgeMyToken may rely on different legal bases depending on the context.

These may include processing necessary to provide a service you requested, compliance with applicable legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention and service reliability, and consent where consent is required.

ForgeMyToken relies on third-party infrastructure to provide parts of the Service.

Depending on the feature used, information may be processed by providers involved in:

• Solana RPC and blockchain infrastructure;
• database and backend infrastructure;
• IPFS and metadata storage;
• AI generation services;
• email delivery;
• hosting and server infrastructure;
• analytics and security services;
• wallet software and blockchain explorers.

Third-party providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

ForgeMyToken may use Supabase or similar database infrastructure to store order records, pricing configuration, service status, transaction-related information and other operational data.

Access to administrative data is restricted to authorized administrative functionality and server-side processes.

ForgeMyToken may use cookies, session storage, local storage or similar browser technologies where necessary for website functionality, authentication, security, preferences or temporary workflow data.

For example, browser storage may be used to temporarily transfer an AI-generated token concept into the Create Token workflow.

Additional consent mechanisms may be used if non-essential tracking technologies are introduced where applicable law requires consent.

ForgeMyToken may process technical and usage information to understand service performance, detect errors, measure traffic and protect the Service from abuse.

Technical logs may include timestamps, request information, browser or device information, IP addresses, error information and security events where reasonably necessary.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, subject to technical, contractual and legal requirements.

Order, payment, transaction, security and legal consent records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary for recordkeeping, dispute handling, fraud prevention or compliance.

Public blockchain and decentralized-storage information may remain available independently of ForgeMyToken and may not be capable of deletion.

ForgeMyToken uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through the Service.

However, no internet service, blockchain system, wallet, database or storage platform can guarantee absolute security.

You remain responsible for securing your own wallet, device, passwords, private keys and seed phrases.

ForgeMyToken does not sell personal information as part of its normal business model. Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to provide, secure or operate the Service, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Some infrastructure providers used by ForgeMyToken may operate in multiple countries or process information outside your country of residence.

Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate mechanisms should be used by the relevant service provider or controller.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information processed about you.

These rights may include the right to request:

• access to personal information;
• correction of inaccurate personal information;
• deletion in circumstances where deletion is legally required;
• restriction of certain processing;
• data portability where applicable;
• objection to certain processing;

These rights do not necessarily apply to information permanently recorded on a public blockchain or decentralized network where ForgeMyToken does not have the technical ability to erase the data.

ForgeMyToken is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the Service or enter into the relevant transaction. Users must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in the Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as ForgeMyToken changes, new features are introduced, service providers change or applicable requirements evolve. The current version and update date will be displayed on this page.
